Delivery of Service All services and products provided by 48th Ave Productions, Inc. are digital in nature and no physical shipping of goods is involved. Subscription-Based Digital Goods or Services Subscription-based digital goods or services shall be activated within 24 hours of payment or within the timeframe sepcified by the terms of use agreement accepted by the CLIENT prior to payment for service. Payment Upon Completion or Delivery of Digital Goods or Services Consulting-based services are to be paid in part or in full upon completion of agreed upon project milestone outline in the terms of use agreement agreed upon by 48th Ave Productions, Inc. and the CLIENT prior to the commencement of service.
